Welcome to the website of 1st Cam Scout Group, your local group for adventure and excitement!
We are based in the town of Cam in the south of Gloucestershire, where the Severn floodplains meet the rolling Cotswold Hills. The group is recognised as one of the early Scout groups to form after Baden-Powell’s vision was realised by many.

Following a successful regeneration project in 2007 we now have strong Beaver Cub and Scout sections led by some of the most enthusiastic and proffesional leaders you will find! Recent activities include Group and section camps, cooking competions, hillwalking weekends, sponsored hikes, outdoor skill sessions, working toward nationally recognised awards and much more!

We are always keen to hear from new memebers, both young people and adults, so please contact the relevant section leader on the contact page, or the Group Scout Leader if you are an adult wishing to enquire about ways to support our young people in Cam and the area.
